Did they really say that?

The solar company repeatedly claims how much good they will be doing for the local community and how much money they will be bringing into the local community.  They even publish impact studies, but the companies hired to give the results are hired by the solar company.  

The local solar company hired this company which states “understands how to measure an organization’s impact on the economy and will help you make that story work for you”.  Does this lead you to believe that their impact studies will present the negative impact as well as the positive impact too?  Read the first sentence here: https://parkerphilips.com/capabilities/economic-impact/
