Restoring the farm land after decommissioning 

Where is an example of  industrial scale solar field
​ that has been restored back to 
farmland?  

Industrial scale solar has not been around long enough to know what will happen to the ground after 40 years of solar panels are on it.  Where is this information coming from that the land will be easily turned back into farmland?
